Phone, WhatsApp and email
When you call, message us on WhatsApp, or send email, that data reaches us through those services (your phone operator, WhatsApp, your email provider). We use it to reply about a possible fit-out or renovation.
Booking a visit
On-site assessments are booked on Google Calendar Appointment Schedule. Google provides that booking page and processes the form data there. We receive the appointment details Google shares with us.
Google Ads
When we run Google Ads and a conversion ID is configured on this site, we load a Google tag to measure whether an ad click led to a phone call, WhatsApp message, or booking. Advertising cookies are stored only after you accept the consent bar. If you refuse, Google may still receive limited cookieless signals (Consent Mode). Until a conversion ID is set, the tag is not loaded and the bar is not shown. We do not use remarketing or an audience tag.
Cookies and your choice
When the advertising tag is on, we store your consent-bar choice locally in the browser so we do not ask on every visit. This site does not use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or a Meta pixel.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object, by writing to the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
