You choose the finishes
The finishes are yours. Any shop, no surcharge for that choice. Installation materials are in the programme.
A detailed quote after the visit
The detailed quote is prepared after the visit, before dismantling. The calculator shows the scale of the finish programme. Extras are quoted separately.
Developer state first
We remove what will not stay and bring the apartment to developer state. Only then does the finish programme start.

How we work
First we take the lived-in apartment to developer state. Then we carry out the agreed finish programme — until you can move in.
